NIPSA Branch 730 is the Belfast Health Branch of NIPSA. We represent members interests in both the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust and NI Blood Transfusion Service. The membership of Branch 730 is made up of a diverse range of grades including; Admin & Clerical staff, Nursing, Social Care and Social Work etc.
We have a track record of representing our members at all levels in relation to collective bargaining, Agenda for Change reviews and also in greivances, investigations and discipinlary hearings etc.
The Branch meets on a monthly basis with Reps across all areas – an Agenda and Minutes of
meetings are available. f you are thinking of becoming a Rep for your workplace we can offer
amongst the following:
- Access to NIPSA and Irish Congress of Trade Unions (ICTU) training
- Priority for any Seminars, Conferences and special NIPSA events
- Reasonable time off for Trade Union duties
- Advice and guidance from any one of the Branch Officers
