Further to our previous emails. Legal notices have been given to the employers that NIPSA Branch 730 is instructing members to take strike action on Thursday 26th January. Strike action will start at 1pm and conclude at 5pm – no other strike action by NIPSA Branch 730 is proposed outside of these hours.
The Branch held a Branch Committee meeting yesterday and it was agreed where Picket Lines would be situated – see below:
- Royal Victoria Hospital – 1pm – 3pm / Falls Road Entrance. Contact – Gerry Largey

- Carlisle Health & Wellbeing Centre – 1pm – 3pm / Main Entrance – Antrim Rd. Contact – TBC
- Knockbreda Health & Wellbeing Centre – 1pm – 3pm / Entrance – front of road. Contact – Tanya Killen/Eoin Dawson/Denise Norwood
- Knockbracken Healthcare Park – 1pm – 3pm / Main Entrance. Contact – Jim McLean/Raymond Nelson
Shankill Health & Wellbeing Centre – 1pm – 3pm / Front of building – Shankill Rd. Contact – Siobhan Bell - Beech Hall Health & Wellbeing Centre – 1pm – 3pm / Main Entrance – Andersonstown Rd. Contact – Damien Maguire

We will update this information as required. We would ask NIPSA members to please support your trade union by attending whatever picket line is nearest to you when you leave your workplace even if this is for a short time.
